Aurora Leaders™

A distinct Leadership Current

When Aurora Leaders™ becomes a call

Aurora Leaders™ is an emerging leadership current accompanying the wider AURORA launch for those who feel a genuine call. It is intended for leaders whose lives and work already carry consequence: in business, culture, institutions, capital, technology, stewardship, or public influence, and who feel a deeper resonance with the work as it unfolds.

This is not a conventional leadership initiative, nor a public-facing membership. It is built on alignment, seriousness, and dedication, not on credentials or visibility. Some come to remain close to the field. Some to engage it more directly. Some to help support and shape what it may become.

Aurora Leaders™ has already been seeded before the visible emergence of AURORA. It now takes clearer form as a companion movement within the wider field: thoughtful, responsible, and increasingly real.

“We are bridging the gap. Through the time of upheaval. Towards the new era.”

About Aurora Leaders

A distinct AURORA movement

Aurora Leaders™ is a leadership current for those who feel drawn into distinctive clarity, ethical responsibility, and sustainable impact. It is not built around urgency, ideology, or spectacle, but around accountability, discernment, and the dedication to remain responsible to what is unfolding through one owns intentions and actions. It is intended for those in positions of influence and responsibility who do not want only to observe the wider AURORA movement from a distance, but to stay in more direct relationship to the context and work from which it comes.

Aurora Leaders™ include founders, institutional leaders, and senior executives who find that conventional leadership alone is no longer sufficient. Some arrive at this work through a rupture. For many, a recognition comes through a persistent sense that something is missing, a growing fatigue with surface-level success, or the realisation over time that inherited strategies, unquestioned concepts, and narrated answers no longer hold and must be questioned from a different point of view, with discernment and an informed state of consciousness.

In this sense, Aurora Leaders™ is less a program than a unique container: one in which alignment, collaboration, and stewardship can proceed to take form based on a new foundation.

Why Aurora Leaders matters

From partnerships to stewardship of consequence

For many years, Eva Gattnar’s work in business and leadership was shaped by the creation of long-term, strategic, and mutually beneficial partnerships across complex environments. That experience revealed something fundamental: durable structures are never built by strategy alone. They depend on trust, values, transparency, and the quality of consciousness from which decisions are made.

Let’s assume responsibility for our workings. Because this is true. And it’s about time.”
Aurora Leaders Manifesto

Aurora Leaders™ grows from that recognition. It did not arise as a leadership concept added onto AURORA from the outside. It emerged because the field around AURORA began to draw people whose lives already carry consequence and who sensed that leadership, too, must be rethought from a deeper place. In that sense, Aurora Leaders™ became an AURORA companion movement naturally: as the leadership expression of a wider work concerned not only with the current human condition, but with what it asks of those who shape systems, institutions, and influence shared futures.

How to contribute

Three forms of engagement

Aurora Leaders™ is an AURORA companion movement for those who feel a deeper call into contribution from within positions of influence. It is not built around noise, urgency, or ideology, but around recognition, depth, and the dedication to stay close to what is unfolding.

Some join the Circle. Some step into deeper participation through the Forge. Some help support and shape the field in its current expansion phase through Stewardship.

Aurora Leaders™ Circle

For those who want to remain in close, thoughtful proximity to Aurora Leaders™ and the field around it.

Aurora Leaders™ Forge

For those drawn to deeper involvement, exchange, and more active relationship within the Aurora Leaders™ field.

Aurora Leaders™ Stewardship

For those who want to support, shape, and engage in Aurora Leaders™’ current expansion phase & beyond.

An AURORA Movement

Within the wider AURORA field

Aurora Leaders™ arises within the living field gathering around AURORA. It is intended for those who feel drawn not only to the ideas, but to the field itself: its depth, its implications, and the forms of responsibility it may call forward.

It is being seeded for leaders in positions of responsibility, influence, and consequence who want to remain closer to the work as it unfolds not as passive observers, but as participants in a field that may carry wider significance over time.

What unites those drawn to Aurora Leaders™ is not status, but seriousness: a shared recognition that a different quality of intention, direction, and form of leadership is beginning to ask for active engagement and implementation.

It’s about time. It is about time.

Why now

It is about time

We are living in a period in which leadership can no longer rely on surface confidence, inherited narratives, or conventional strategies alone. The environments shaping business, institutions, and culture have become more layered, more ambiguous, and more complex. In such a time, the decisive question is not only how to act, but how to regain clarity, remain ethically grounded, and create sustainable, coherent impact.

Aurora Leaders™ is being seeded for those who recognise that a different quality of leadership is now required: quieter, clearer, more discerning, and more capable of holding complexity without collapse into noise or reaction. This matters because sustainable partnerships, ethical direction, and conscious leadership are not secondary questions. They are among the conditions through which any meaningful future becomes possible. If responsibility is not carried consciously, even intelligence, capital, and influence can become destructive.

Aurora Leaders™ exists as a response to this quality of time: not to produce another network, but to cultivate a more informed way of leading oneself and others. What is being called forward is not louder leadership, but conscious leadership: a leadership grounded in awareness, discernment, transparency, clarity, responsibility, integrity, compassion, accountability, ethics, and an intentional relationship to the nature of reality.

Distinctive Clarity

Leaders who understand that clearer perception and discernment are as important as analysis and strategy.

Ethical Responsibility

Leaders who want to hold influence with greater seriousness, responsibility, and ethical & value-driven steadiness.

"Aurora is the moment when light and darkness separate - without ever being separated."

Sustainable Impact

Leaders whose work shapes business, environments, institutions, and people beyond immediate visible outcomes.

About the Vision

A different quality of leadership

Aurora Leaders™ is rooted in the recognition that leadership now requires more than performance, visibility, or strategic intelligence alone. In increasingly intransparent environments, informed diligence, value adherence, and greater discernment become essential.

The movement is therefore not oriented toward influence for its own sake, but toward a more mature quality of leadership: one capable of holding ambiguity, reading beneath surface narratives, and acting from a direct relationship to the impact it creates.

Aurora Leaders™ does not seek to create a public identity. It seeks to gather those who feel called to embody a different standard of seriousness, presence, and responsibility within the worlds they already inhabit and who are willing to implement it into form.

We need to be strong. We need to be precise. We need to be bold..
Aurora Leaders Manifesto

How does it look like

In-person work and deeper participation

What appears here in a new form has roots in a much longer trajectory. Aurora Leaders™ is shaped not only by Eva Gattnar’s books and wider work, but also by years of responsibility in executive leadership, partnership-building, organisational complexity, and the challenge of creating structures that endure. In that sense, the movement is both new and continuous: a new form growing from a long-standing concern with accountability, ethics, integrity, and the conditions under which human systems can become more sustainable through conscious leadership.

Aurora Leaders™ currently takes form through a selective combination of direct dialogue, mentoring, and closer collaboration within the field. Depending on the form of participation, the work may draw on the wider foundations of the Books, The UnReturn, Applied Remote Viewing, and of Eva Gattnar’s work with Tamaya Society and MoniKaa Initiative. The form is intentionally not mass-produced. It is being shaped through the people who enter it, the seriousness with which they engage, and the quality of responsibility they are willing to carry.

How to engage

For those who resonate

The urgency here is not the urgency of spectacle. It is the quieter urgency of consequence: the recognition that those in positions of influence shape more than outcomes. They shape direction, structures, institutions, culture, organisations, environments, and the conditions through which others live and work.

Aurora Leaders™ is for those who feel that responsibility inwardly and want to enter a field of greater seriousness, alignment, and participation. It is an invitation and an expression of resonance with one of the current forms of engagement: Circle, Forge, or Stewardship.

“Just follow your heart. It’s leading the way.”
